Two distinct experiences and a shared vision led Dr. Rob Berube and Navroze Eduljee to create 5thPort’s patient education and eConsent platform.

As a surgeon for 30 years, Rob has championed the Quadruple Aim and Shared Decision Making but faced challenges implementing them efficiently in practice. Navroze, through his company DecisivEdge, has turned technology concepts across industries into successful products.

With healthcare shifting to value-based care, they saw an opportunity to drive better clinical outcomes through effective patient engagement. 5thPort uses multimedia, teach-back, and streamlined eConsent to engage patients before and after treatment, adding value across the healthcare continuum.
