Mark brings more than 35 years of executive leadership experience spanning financial services, contact center operations, and small business ownership. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered results by balancing the priorities of employees, customers, and investors.

Prior to joining 5thPort, Mark spent 18 years with MBNA and Bank of America, where he held leadership roles across Customer Satisfaction, Customer Assistance, Technology Project Management, and Database Marketing. He also spent more than 12 years as a small business executive, including nine years as President of Advita LLC, a litigation support company specializing in medical record retrieval and AI-powered case summarization solutions. During his tenure, he helped clients significantly reduce case management time and improve operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
