These engagements may include a mix of digital education, videos, forms, and electronic consents – all delivered through the 5thPort platform.
Once completed, all signed documents and acknowledgements flow back into EPIC. There’s no re-entering data, no scanning paperwork, and no manual form uploads for staff.
